We were built to solve the problems other title companies walk away from. Our entire practice is dedicated to curative title work — and we're very good at it.
Clear Title Holdings, LLC was founded with a single purpose: to solve the title problems that stop properties from moving. We saw too many families stuck with inherited properties they couldn't sell, too many investors with deals that couldn't close, and too many title files that sat in underwriting for months with no resolution.
So we built a company around fixing exactly those problems. Our team has 25 years of combined experience in title research, heirship resolution, deed correction, and curative work. We've resolved hundreds of cases across Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, and New Jersey.
We're not a general title company. We don't do routine closings. We do one thing: we cure title defects. That focus means we're better at it than anyone else.

The People Behind the Work
Co-Founder
Mark has been doing real estate since 1984, when he purchased his first investment property. Over the last 35+ years, he has completed more than 2,500 real estate transactions — a depth of experience that few in the industry can match. Alongside a celebrated career as a world-touring entertainer, real estate has always been Mark's first love. After retiring from the stage, he co-founded Clear Title Holdings to help owners unlock value sitting in stuck properties.

Jim is a seasoned executive who has served as CEO of multiple multi-million dollar organizations across a range of industries. His track record of building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and driving results at the highest levels of business led him to co-found Clear Title Holdings — where he applies that same leadership discipline to one of real estate's most overlooked problems.
Senior Title Research Analyst
Sarah specializes in tracing complex chains of title, identifying gaps in ownership history, and coordinating with county clerks and courts across six states. With a background in paralegal work and real estate law, she brings a meticulous, detail-driven approach to every file she touches.
Acquisition Specialist
Yolanda brings years of experience in real estate acquisitions and client relations, guiding property owners through complex transactions with clarity and compassion. As a fully bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is a trusted resource for Spanish-speaking clients navigating the title resolution process.
Director of Research Operations
Vanessa leads CTH's offshore research division, overseeing a dedicated team of title researchers and analysts who uncover ownership histories, trace heirship chains, and resolve complex title defects across all six states we serve. Her leadership has been instrumental in scaling CTH's capacity without sacrificing precision.
Heirship & Probate Specialist
Carlos specializes in navigating the legal complexities of heirship determinations and probate proceedings across multiple states. With a background in estate law and years of hands-on experience working with courts, attorneys, and county clerks, he's the team's go-to resource when ownership history is tangled in family succession issues.
